Is Capeheart House a private dwelling, Larry
Larry Bliss: It is now the headquarters for the North Carolina Ethics Commission. I have a friend who used to work in this house.
Can you imagine working there now in an office for the state government!
Larry Bliss: I have been in there--the rooms are quite interesting!
