I like the high viewpoint. Interesting to see the window openers, too. It would appear that they all open at the same time. As the two "clocks" some sort of gauge?
Larry Bliss: The "clocks" measure "wash water--inches rise per minute" and "clearwell--feet depth". Whatever that means...
It gets quite a few visitors I see.

Composition is well done - like the way you've used the lines of the top of the walls and the two clocks. It draws the eyes . . .
