This is a nice b&w image of a very rugged mountain range Larry....petersmile
Larry Bliss: Thank you, Peter... I like a little monochrome now and again...
I love those "little" junipers in the foreground - Probably Utah Junipers- they're not likely small - but they look dwarfed by those bluffs!
Larry Bliss: I think they are junipers...

Too red for colour I suppose Larry, this reminds me even more of our old black and white television with the cowboy programmes.
Larry Bliss: Only without commercials...
In b&w it feels like western times
Larry Bliss: I also like how the red rocks turn black...
Wild west country Larry
Larry Bliss: Yee hah!
I feel hot just looking at that.
Larry Bliss: Actually the temps were in the 60s and 70s...

I'm expecting to see the Lone Ranger and Tonto ride into the frame any minute.
Larry Bliss: Hi yo Silver!
Good b&w Larry, nice tones
Larry Bliss: Thank you, John. I enjoyed working in b/w.

I can just see John Wayne riding through the landcape being chased by "injuns".

A strong reminder of old western movies, from back in b&w days.
It really does remind one of the old B&W western films. Looks good in B&W.
