Larry Bliss: This destruction of landmarks is an epidemic...
What a mess. How is the cathedral coming along?
Larry Bliss: The cathedral is coming along fine--exterior walls are going up. Meanwhile, the parking lot is well underway--that's the most important part of the property...smile
That's that then...
Larry Bliss: Yep. Soon it will all be a pile of rubble...
it's an end of a symbol of your youth Larry... sorry about that... i see that someone left a message on the chalk board to let the wreckers know how they feel....petersmile

... my old school is about t one demolished; it was new when went there in 1964! Still seems new to me....
Larry Bliss: Everything seemed new in 1964. They even had a world's fair...
A case of function having to tolerate form - for rather too long it would seem smile
Larry Bliss: Less is more? smile
Goodness, that is sad....
a pity, functional objects being torn down with the rest of the building, Larry.
