Am I correctly that I see the key in this padlock with a rope so that is does not fly away???
Great detail, is this for an electric car?? I know too many questions on a Sunday morning.
Larry Bliss: The rope is attached to the cylinder in the background--sorry it's misleading. The lock goes to a box full of telephonic circuits.
I have one on my cellar door.
